A nonprofit learning lab for early childhood

Helping children thrive by five — by reaching parents where they are.

Great guidance exists. Parents are online looking for advice. The child health experts who know the evidence are rarely online.

We're building the bridge.

The gap

Today's parents increasingly turn to social media for guidance on raising young children — content built by creators, not by health care professionals. It's a gap that needs closing.

Online, there's no shortage of parenting content. But quality varies, advice can conflict, it isn't always tailored to a child's age, and not all of it is grounded in fact. Creators have a gift for reaching parents and keeping them engaged, but not always the evidence to back it up. The pediatricians and researchers who hold that evidence have the reverse: the knowledge, but not the reach, the know-how or digital infrastructure to share it. They're trained to guide one family at a time, not to meet millions where they are.

Bloom Lab is the bridge between the best of what we know and where parents already are.

What we do

A learning lab, not a campaign

We're building the shared infrastructure that helps trusted partners — health systems, pediatric practices, community organizations, and public health experts — meet parents online. Here's what we're creating, and what our first pilot will start to show.

Build the vetted database

A growing library of parenting content, scored for evidence, developmental fit, and what actually works on each platform — the foundation everything else builds on.

On the horizonA predictive AI model that learns from what we test — anticipating which guidance, on which platform, will help parents before it goes out.

Fill it with proven content

We create content ourselves, source it from partners, and translate expert guidance into what parents actually use — then test each piece with parents and across platforms, so only what works earns its place.

Turn it into a playbook

The database, the model, and everything we learn become an ever-evolving playbook — the proven content, processes, and partnerships any trusted organization can pick up and run with.

Help partners reach parents

We hand that playbook to our partners and help them meet parents where they are — in their own expert voice, joining the conversation creators are already having.

An early look — more to come

Help us build it.

Bloom Lab is just getting started, and there's much more to come. We're looking for the people who can help make it real — hospitals and health systems, clinicians and researchers, creators, and funders who want more children to thrive by five.

For questions or more information, interested donors and partners can reach us at info@bloomlabcollective.org.

Thanks — you're on the list. We'll be in touch as the work takes shape.

Everything we build is a public good: free to use, openly shared, and available to every mission-aligned partner.
